The u:flashcards app is the mobile counterpart to the University of Vienna Moodle (http://moodle.univie.ac.at/) flashcards functionality. It permits to learn flashcards on the go and (after an initial data download) even without an Internet connection. Learning results are synchronized with the Moodle server after each learning session. The latter enables Moodle to dynamically determine which flashcards should be viewed by individual students in the following learning rounds to maximize learning success.

Using the app requires participation in a Moodle course at http://moodle.univie.ac.at/. You must be enrolled in this course as a student. Furthermore, the Moodle course must support flashcards and include the flashcards activity for this purpose. The login data to be used for the app is identical to your u:account.

Tip: The flashcards management is handled via Moodle (http://moodle.univie.ac.at/). This app is designed to access and learn flashcards on the go. Accordingly, more complex actions, such as creating new cards or selecting which cards you want to learn, are only possible via Moodle.
