This application, Premium version, is the online and multi-point version of ConfirmAki family registration. It allows you to register the presence of guests at your social, business, product launch, institutional, training and other events. It can be a simple lecture or even an event lasting several days and several points of attendance registration. Everything can be registered, controlled and easily viewed.

Register the event on the website (site.confirmaki.com.br), through simplified user registration. Through the event management panel, inform guests, detail the control points (reception, delivery of material, delivery of gifts, etc.) and guest authorizations for each control point. On the day of the event, simply record the event on the devices (tablets) that will be used at different points of the event and easily use it to record the presence of each of your guests. For efficient control, this application works online and therefore requires a constant internet connection. All information is recorded remotely with the provider. The organizer can have access, via WEB panel, to all movements in real time.

With it, you can identify and record the presence of your guests at each registration point quickly and accurately.

There is no limit on registration points and the nomenclature is yours. For example: reception, gift delivery, material delivery, entry into a certain room, etc. You define the points and who is authorized at each of them.

You can create VIP groups of guests and link certain guests to these groups. The same guest can belong to several groups, making it easier to manage guests.

Use of this application requires registration to use the WEB panel. This registration is done through site.confirmaki.com.br. After the password received via email, you access the WEB panel and prepare events, registration points and guest lists. After the event, it is in this same system that attendance reports, statistics, export of data into spreadsheets, etc. are obtained.

At the reception, the receptionist has the options of accessing guests using the initial of their name, searching by part of their name or any other field.

On the website you will find the data to register and operate a testing event, free of charge.

The ideal device for using the app, depending on the amount of guest information and reading, is a 7 (or 10) inch tablet. It is much more convenient to use than a small screen cell phone.

ATTENTION: for the application to work, it is essential that you have an account on the ConfirmAki WEB panel, where all actions will be initiated and managed. The use of the app and the web panel is carried out through the consumption of credits that must be acquired after the initial free bonus ends.
