In this post, I am going to show you how to install Claro Monitor on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Claro Monitor using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

Claro Monitor is a mobile device management application, whose main features are:
* Manage mobile data and SMS consumption
* Manage applications used by time and amount of data consumption
* Install apps remotely in Device Owner mode
* Manage websites accessed in browsers
* Implement application usage control policies
* Monitor the location of your devices

The Accessibility Service is used by Claro Monitor to perform the following functions:
* Record the websites accessed in the web browser
* Detect when the chip (SIM) is changed, to prevent misuse of the application
* Execute configuration blocking policies for websites, applications and operating system, so that administrators can control the use of devices according to the configuration made in the Claro Monitor Administrator Portal
* Restart the VPN service to manage and secure mobile data access on the device
* Create notifications to inform the user of the device about the actions of Claro Monitor

Data Collection and Use:
Using the Accessibility Service, Claro Monitor collects and shares the following data for the respective purposes:
* Web browsing history: collects data from all websites accessed in the browser and shares it with the Claro Monitor Administrator Portal, so that the administrator can analyze and manage the information of the websites visited is accessed.
*Application Interactions: Collect user interactions with applications, to enforce website and application blocking policies, control settings change.
* Installed Apps: Collect the list of installed apps to block them.
* Device Identifiers: Collects web browser ID to capture accessed websites and perform website blocking.
