Provides a function to cope with the situation by setting the radius and start/end time of the safe place and sending notifications when the family is in or not at the safe place

[Detection of phone not used for a long time]
Provides a function to respond to an emergency by sending a step-by-step safety check request when a family member's cell phone is not used for a long time
- Step 1: Confirm safety by sending a safety call to a family member whose cell phone has been idle for a long time
- Step 2: When there is no response to the relief call, send a relief message to confirm safety
- Step 3: When there is no response to the relief message, check the family status with the forced video call function

[Mobile phone shock detection]
In the event of an external shock to the mobile phone, it determines that it is an emergency situation and provides notification and response functions to family members.
