In this context, the General Archive of the Nation created the "Tour of La Candelaria", in Augmented Reality, to interact with it and have access to part of the information contained in the documents kept by the General Archive of the Nation, highlighting some historical data and milestones.

The 'La Candelaria' neighborhood concentrates a large part of the history of Bogotá (the former Santafé, capital of the then Viceroyalty of Nueva Granada), as well as part of the country's cultural and administrative life, which is why it becomes the setting for perfect for taking a tour with augmented reality technology that tells fundamental aspects of some places in the capital.

For this we have selected some of the most emblematic places with which you will be able to interact with sound, graphic, documentary material and some curious facts that you may not know.

The points are: Plaza de Bolívar, Primada Cathedral of Bogotá, Palace of Justice, Palacio de Liévano (Mayor's Office of Bogotá), National Capitol (Congress), Astronomical Observatory, Ministry of Culture, Casa de Nariño (Presidency of the Republic), Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, General Archive of the Nation, Palace of San Carlos (Ministry of Foreign Relations), Cristóbal Colón Theater and Casa de la Moneda Museum - Banco de la República.

Remember that in order to take this tour you must locate yourself in the place, activate the camera, connect to the internet service and activate your GPS.

You can start from any place included in the tour, although it is recommended to start in the heart of the city, the Plaza de Bolívar.
