What is Handing?
Handing is an innovative platform for institutional communication and parental involvement that connects the school and the family, as they had never been.

Our innovative configuration, coupled with the two-way messaging, online participation and user interface easy to use and intuitive, ensuring that the processes of communication, coordination and collaboration among all members of the educational community are much more agile, efficient and effective compared to traditional means of school communication (website, e-mail, notebook announcements, newsletters, blogs, photocopying, virtual classrooms, SMS and academic management systems).

Who uses Handing?
All adults (teachers and parents) who are part of an educational community Handing used to communicate daily with each other, always stay informed, in touch and better organized. Teachers and students use Handing, to share information, resources and discussions of common interest inside and outside the classroom.

What kind of actions can be performed in Handing?
School (school principals-staff) and family (parents-students) can produce, send, receive and manage in one place, all the information normally shared through the communication notebook, printed notes, institutional website, email, phone, chat and virtual classroom. In short, Handing allows each member of the community, respecting their role and position within the institution, disseminate news, announcements and alerts, share documents, images, videos and links. Request and receive documents online. Coordinate and organize events, assign tasks and chat in real time, among others.

Does the information is private and secure?
Always! Handing communications are only accessible by persons belonging to a community and have the appropriate permissions. Regarding privacy levels, information within a community can be: public, if shared with all educational levels; semi public, if the message is exchanged only between members of a particular group; and private, if the conversation is one to one. In Handing, no publication is deleted, all with date, time and the person who posted them.
