With the "Back Fit Navi" you can find weaknesses in your back fitness and compensate for them in a short time.

The "Back Fit Navi" is the image of a person with 26 color-coded body areas. When you tap on one of these body areas, the app shows you exactly the tests and exercises that are most important for that area. But you also have the option of choosing your own exercises from the following categories: posture, relaxation, movement, coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance. You can either let the app guide you or take control yourself.

Each exercise includes a test that tells you whether and for how long the corresponding exercise makes sense for you. So you only train exactly what helps you personally. This makes your training program more effective and safer than conventional programs.
The tests also tell you for each exercise where your fitness is between 0-100%. This way you keep track of your progress and stay motivated to reach the goal. Find out how little practice is enough to reach and keep 100%.
Studies have shown that some of the exercises in this app produce a noticeable improvement after the first try and that chronic, functional back pain was reduced by 1/3 after just 3 weeks of training with the app.

The exercises are practical and can be implemented anywhere without special tools. A comparison of right and wrong facilitates the correct implementation of the exercises.

In the app you have the choice between a special exercise program for each body area or an exercise program with all your exercises. In the program with all exercises, you can change the exercise order as you like by moving the exercises to the desired position with your finger.

The exercises are suitable for beginners and advanced users. For each exercise there are one or more exercise alternatives that can be used to adjust the difficulty or the starting position. For example, you can choose whether you prefer to practice lying down or sitting and how difficult or easy an exercise should be.

There is a great deal of physiologic know-how in the “Back Fit Navi”. The developer is the physiotherapist Peter Fischer, who earned the Doctor of Physical Therapy in the USA and the excellence award from his US university (www.usa.edu). In Germany he won the PhysioAward Baden-Württemberg for his work. He published the tests and exercises of this app for the first time as a book in 2006. Since then, further editions and translations in several languages have appeared. In the meantime, many hundreds of physiotherapists have learned how to use the tests and exercises in courses and have used them in their practice. As a result, the test and exercise system has been constantly tested and improved since 2006.

How fit are you compared to men and women your age? In addition to the 100% fitness goal of each exercise, the app also shows you how fit you are compared to men and women in your age group. This provides useful guidance if 100% fitness cannot be achieved due to injury, illness or age. The aim can then be, for example, that the training will make you as fit as you were 10 years ago.

Under Stats, see how your fitness is improving and your discomfort is decreasing.

The app offers a separate video for each side for exercises to be done on the left and right.

The subscriptions of 1 or 3 months are automatically renewed. You can cancel your current subscription at any time in the settings of your mobile device. See the help text at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481
