Club Atlético Boca Juniors, known simply as Boca Juniors, is one of the most successful clubs in Argentine football, located in the La Boca neighborhood of the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires.

Its name comes from the neighborhood of La Boca, and it is one of the clubs with the highest number of relevant achievements, with emphasis on its 6 titles in the Copa Libertadores da América and its 3 titles in the Intercontinental Cup, and it is still one of the clubs with the most international conquests, 18, alongside Milan and Independiente, behind only Al-Ahly with 20 titles and Real Madrid with 26 titles.

Boca has a very traditional rivalry with Club Atlético River Plate, and the matches between the teams, in addition to being highly disputed, attract the attention of many football fans in Argentina and the rest of the world. The classic is known as Boca x River or "El Superclásico". In addition to River, Boca also competes with Club Atlético Independiente, Racing Club de Avellaneda, Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro which, together, these clubs are considered the big five of Argentine football.
