If we explore verse by verse in the holy book of the Koran, especially those related to inheritance, then we can provide some notes.

First, not all the verses that we find are muhkamat verses in the sense that their laws apply to us. Some of these verses are mansukh or have been in effect but were later annulled and replaced with other verses.

Second, we also find verses that describe the phenomenon of inheritance distribution since before the inheritance law was passed, which was usually enforced in Arab countries in particular.

Third, we also find inherited verses that exist for us from the prophetic era to the end of time.

Fourth, it is interesting to note the unique fact that this verse not only orders inheritance distribution but also explains the details of the calculation. Starting from which family members are heirs, then it is explained how much rights he gets, under several conditions.

The conclusion is very clear, that if the technical details of inheritance distribution are mentioned in the Al-Quran in such detail, it means that this is not a simple and trivial matter.

The provisions for inheritance distribution are not just the ijtihad of the scholars, not even the personal will of the Prophet SAW or his taste for the Arab community.
