अन्नपूर्णा अन्नछत्राची सुरुवात दि. 19 फेब्रु.2016 रोजी झाली. ज्या शिवाजी राजांनी संतांच्या उपदेशाचा अनुयय करत स्वत:चे संपूर्ण आयुष्य प्रजेच्या कल्याणासाठी वेचले त्यांचा हा जयंतीदिन !
स्वधर्मरक्षण,संवर्धन आणि लोककल्याणकारी विचार घेऊन बलाढ्य अधर्मी शक्तींशी विजयी लढा देणारे युगपुरुष म्हणून आपण शिवाजी महाराजांकडे पाहतो. म्हणून अर्थातच अशा महापुरुषाच्या जन्मदिवशी एखाद्या लोककल्याणकारी उपक्रमाची सुरुवात करणे आमच्याकरता गौरवास्पद योग होता.

पार्श्वभूमी:
भूक लागलेल्या जीवाला अन्न देणे हा परमेश्वर भक्तीचाच भाग.
समाजात वावरतांना असे कित्येक लोक भेटतात कुणी गरीब म्हणून उपाशी, कुणी वृद्ध - घरांत जमत नाही म्हणून उपाशी, कुणी अनाथ म्हणून उपाशी कुणी आणखी काही अन्य कारणाने उपाशी,कुणी याचक होता येत नाही म्हणून उपाशी !
कारण काही असो,ज्यांच्या नशिबी दोन घास अन्न नाही अशा लोकांसाठी अन्नछत्र सुरु करावे आणि आपल्यापरीने यथाशक्ती आपापले सामाजिक दायित्व पार पाडून संतांच्या शिकवणीचे पाईक व्हावे या करिता हा उपक्रम !
एकत्रित अन्नसेवन आणि एकत्रित देवपूजा यावर आधारित हिंदू कुटुंबाची,हिंदुधर्माची बांधणी आणि प्रसार यांच्या समर्थनार्थ असलेली शक्तीस्थळे मंदिरांच्या स्वरुपात आपल्या पूर्वजांनी उभी केलेली आहेत. तेव्हा हे धर्मकार्य सामान्य पातळीवर यशस्वी करण्याकरता धार्मिक अधिष्ठानाची गरज आहे व यासाठी अन्नदानापूर्वी दैवताची आरती आणि नैवेद्य प्रसादरूपी अन्नदान असा नित्यक्रम आम्ही राबवत आहोत.

आपल्या परिसरात सध्या पडलेल्या दुष्काळाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर या धर्मकार्याची गरज अधिक तीव्र आहे असे वाटते !

उपक्रमाची रुपरेषा :

1. किमान 365 दिवसांचे यजमान म्हणून रु.5100 इतकी देणगी देणारे वार्षिक सभासद जोडणे जेणेकरुन हा उपक्रम नित्य चालू राहील.

2. दिवसातून एकवेळ दुपारी 1 ते 3 या कालावधीत आरती व नंतर प्रसाद म्हणून अन्नदान !

3. सर्व सेवा वाटप करुन आठवड्यातून एक दिवस किमान दोन (2) तास सेवेसाठी नोंदणी सुरु केली आहे.
