In this post, I am going to show you how to install UBMe Event Organizer on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. Step By Step Guide To Install UBMe Event Organizer using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. UBMe allows for event organizers to publish and manage their events for local community members to explore, purchase tickets for and attend. The UBMe Organizer App provides event organizers with the ability to access all of their events the day of and seamlessly confirm attendees manually or via a ticket scanner. The UBMe Organizer App alleviates the need for bulky hand-scanners and can be downloaded on both iPhone and iPad.

Functionality
For large events, multiple people can be logged into the same organizer account to provide separate lines for attendees to be confirmed quicker and in a more efficient manner.

Efficiency
When confirming an event with the scanner feature, each ticket takes 5 seconds or less to scan. Each scanner updates the confirmation number with each ticket scanned, which also helps with capacity and prevents an overflow of attendees.

Prevention
If the ticket has already been scanned, an alert will come up, notifying the worker that the ticket was confirmed prior. If a ticket is illegitimate, a red alert will come up, notifying the worker that the ticket is not valid.
