(This is not a Thermography Camera App.)
Your phone is not a thermography camera calibrated for a thermography study.

Infrared-Body is an informational app introducing Medical Infrared Imaging as a tool for health and prevention to a wider audience.

No, you cannot image yourself with your phone camera for thermography purposes.
Yes, you can get a thermography study by a trained professional after following a 24 hour protocol.
Yes, your images can be interpreted by a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) and a report sent to you explaining your own unique patterns.

Why should you get a thermography study?

Thermography sees angiogenesis.
(Angiogenesis is the physiological process through which new blood vessels form from pre-existing vessels.)

Why is angiogenesis important?

Abnormal blood vessel growth, either excessive or insufficient, is now recognized as a “common denominator” underlying many deadly and debilitating conditions, including cancer, skin diseases, age-related blindness, diabetic ulcers, cardiovascular disease, stroke, and many others. The list of diseases that have angiogenesis as an underlying mechanism grows longer every year.

Thermography evaluates;

• Sympathetic stress
• Assesses risks for illness
• Guides the selection of modalities
• Monitors effectiveness of modalities in treatment
• Contributes to cost-effective care
• Provides patients with a higher quality of life.

If this is something you might be interested in, download the app and learn more about thermography and where to get a study done!
