Cold turkey can be difficult, and often times people who want to quit smoking try and slowly lower their use over time instead. This is an app designed with quitting over time in mind.

Have you ever wondered how many total cigarettes you smoke in a day? Maybe your a cigar smoker, or even a vape user - or perhaps would like to keep track of something totally unrelated to nicotine use!

This app will keep accurate track of each smoke break you take, tell you how long it has been since the last time, and shows the stats from the last 7 days as well, so you can tell if you have successfully lowered your total consumption.

This app could easily be used for alternative purposes that have nothing to do with nicotine. Perhaps you'd like to count how many sugary drinks you have had today, or even how often you felt a certain symptom during medical issues.

Do yourself a huge favor and preserve your health to live a long and happy life, and try and slowly reduce your smoking over time with the help of this simple to use app.

I originally designed this app to use myself, to help me reduce and eventually quit smoking. It has since had a complete design overhaul to hopefully look more appealing, and to work on any modern phone or tablet.

Hopefully this app helps you improve your health, and if you happen to find a problem or have some suggestions then please don't hesitate to share your thoughts with a review, or even directly emailing the support email address.

There are no IAPs or paywalls, this app is completely free to use and has minimal and non-intrusive advertising to support its continued development. This app does not send notifications and does not require any special permissions.

Disclaimer: Nicotine is dangerous. This app does not condone or encourage smoking or using nicotine. No information included in this app or its listing should be considered medical advice. Your health is important, if your having a difficult time quitting you should seek the advice of a medical professional!
