In this post, I am going to show you how to install Faith App - Sri Lanka on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Faith App - Sri Lanka using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Enlightening the people of God, Pope Benedict xvi identified Cyber space as the known as the "sixth continent" in the world. The Archdiocese of Colombo has been deeming to have the presence of the Sri Lankan Roman Catholic Church in the Cyber space in her mission in the modern world. Here, the dream has become a reality! This dream has come to the realization as a New Evangelization project through the Archdiocesan Faith Animation Mission headed by His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith, the Archbishop of the Metropolitan Diocese of Colombo, Sri Lanka with the digital creation of "FAITH APP".
This Faith App was launched on the 1st of October, 2017 in the National Seminary of Our Lady of Lanka with the presence and the blessings of the Archbishop His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith.
One of the main purpose of this Faith App ia to recognize the Catholic Church in Sri Lanka. This will assist the followers to identify Catholic Churches, institutions, Schools & Convents with their Events and activities. The online facility is provided here for all the travelers around the country to identify the closest Catholic Church and its Mass schedule with GPS driving ability to facilitate their spiritual and religious needs.
The next is "HABEMUS PAPAM"
Holy Father Pope Francis has already become a prophet in the Cyber space. His presence and the words have touched billions of people all around the world. This segment, "Habemus Papam" will help the followers to follow the daily activities of the Holy Father with his reflections and teachings about the current issues.
Then there is "SHEPHERD'S VOICE"
Sri Lankan Catholic Church is blessed to have 12 dioceses and their Bishops as their shepherds. SHEPHERD'S VOICE will help to find the messages and homilies at special diocesan events to the followers.
"FAITH BOOKS" provides the facility of an online library where the followers find the Holy Bible in 3 languages. This also has other important Church documents such as the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Canon Law, Vatican II, etc.
In "FAITH PAPERS," the followers will be able to read the Three Catholic Papers i.e. the Messenger, Gnanartha Pradeepaya & Gnanoli online.
In "VERBUM," the follower get the facility to follow the programs of Verbum TV & also the updates of the events conducted by Verbum TV.
Although the Catholics are 7% in the population, there are numerous activities happening around. The section called "CHURCH AROUND" helps the followers of the Faith App to keep in touch with the activities in general. Special updates will be there during Major feasts in Sri Lanka.
"FAITH GAMES" is for the children who will be able to have deeper knowledge about the Sacred Scripture, Parables, Biblical stories, Saints, etc.
"FAITH ANIMATION" section is about the events and activities conducted by the Archdiocesan Faith Animation Team.
