In this post, I am going to show you how to install Outpost Mobile on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Outpost Mobile using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Outpost Mobile" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Outpost Mobile sends an encrypted, transcoded stream to a secured Airship Server via relay, which can be viewed live via Nexus Client. Used to stream from anywhere, Outpost Mobile provides you with a secure camera everywhere you go. Footage is stored on Airship Server, and can be downloaded in high resolution.

INTERVIEW MODE
Recording with Outpost Mobile in Interview mode will store metadata such as names, locations and descriptions relevant to the interview. Such sessions may be uploaded post-session and viewed via Video Portal’s hosted clips list.
This mode also allows live streaming to recording cases during the session and is viewable in Nexus Client, Video Portal, or Nexus Mobile.
TACTICAL MODE
Tactical mode is the classic live-streaming mode which records to a case, viewable from any client such as Nexus Client, Video Portal, or Nexus Mobile. High resolution downloads are available via Nexus Client for the duration of time selected.
FULLY FEATURED
Outpost Mobile utilizes all available cameras based on the model phone, including 30 FPS capture with all video and zoom capabilities. Dark mode turns off the front video display for inconspicuous recording, no matter which camera is selected.
CONFIGURABLE STREAMING OPTIONS
Users can set default streaming resolutions for all Outpost Mobile live streams to Nexus Client or Video Portal. An Adaptive Bitrate option monitors packet traffic coming in to Airship Server. Server will monitor the packet queue from Outpost Mobile and increase the bitrate as the bandwidth throughput increases.
