The School Football Posillipo, now called, was founded in 1985 by the then President Mario Sommella, a leading figure of the Campania football over the last 40 years and discoverer of many talents.

The Posillipo was born with the intention of so qualified to train young players homonymous and prestigious hilly district of Naples.

The work done in thirty years of history of Posillipo, has brought remarkable results in terms of training and sports scores. Our school football has bred and trained thousands of players, from now not only from Naples but also from the province.

Our SCHOOL FOOTBALL is structured according to a precise and coordinated organization, to ensure to all professionals a precise scope of work: Chairman, Technical Director, Sports Director, Companion Manager, Coaches, Secretary.

The management of the Soccer School is entrusted to the brothers Gianluca and Fabrizio Sommella, sons of the late Mario Sommella.

His older brother, the lawyer Marco Sommella (Agent of numerous players) supports and assists our work with constant attention to the training of young players.

Another determining factor in the management of our school football is the warehouse management and teaching equipment: every coach has available a training kit (clothing and educational materials) for responsible and appropriate management.

In addition, our technical staff also makes use of a fitness coach and a goalkeeper coach.

Earlier in the season, we provide our users a sports doctor for the certification of sports fitness, athletic and not.
