◆ Synopsis
On the last day of 1999, a certain "storm" fell in the sky - the walls of buildings and passers-by were melted and peeled off by rainwater, and the world entered a new old era. Everyone except you was corrupted by the "Storm" and went missing. In this world where humans and mystics (arcanists) coexist, there exists a group called ``Manus Vendetta.'' They are working to restore the glory of mystical science (Arcanum), and seem to have some connection to the outbreak of "Storm."

Verti (played by you), who is not affected by the Storm, is appointed as a Timekeeper by the St. Pavlov Foundation, an organization that houses mystics. He travels through eras that are changing due to the "Storm," and along with his assistant Sonnet, he finds fellow mysticists in various eras and countries who have noticed signs of change, and takes them with him to escape from the "Storm." Her life, the truth behind "Storm", the purpose of the organization... everything seems to be blocked by a rain curtain and is unclear.
