Step By Step Guide To Install Selftraining UMH using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Selftraining is a research project awarded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, in the 2019 call (reference number: PID2019-107721RB-I00) to the members of the Healthy Physical Conditioning Research Group (GIAFIS) of the University Miguel Hernandez of Elche.

Selftraining aims to educate in new technologies, throughout life, to improve health through physical activity.

It is, therefore, an educational project that aims to combine physical activity programs and new technologies, based on mobile applications and wearables, bringing them closer to the sedentary population of any gender (from 16 years of age onwards) and favoring the approach of these groups to the structured practice of physical exercise.
