Do you work for an organization that uses the AFAS solution? Then it is now easier to book your vacation days or submit a claim by taking a photo of the receipt! With the AFAS Pocket app you always have the benefits of our software with you in your pocket.

You can now easily arrange your HR affairs on your mobile: request leave, report sick or better again! Register your worked hours where and when it suits you. You can also perform your open tasks and you are always informed by signals and news from the organization.

With the Pocket app you always have all customers and contacts from your organization with you, so you can quickly look up your customer's address and navigate directly to it via the link with Google Maps. All promotions are fully synchronized with AFAS software, so everyone works together via the same software whether you are at home, at the office or on the road.

Get started right away!
1. Download the AFAS Pocket app for free
2. Scan the QR code that you have received or request the environmental key from the AFAS application manager of your organization
3. Then log in with your e-mail address (which is known to your employer) and the received environmental key
4. You will then receive a one-time activation code via your e-mail address.
5. Enter the activation code and set a pin code to easily log in.
6. You can get started!

All functionalities at a glance:
- View and handle your to do's via the actions in the workflow, you also see the reactions of your colleagues
- View signals and mark as read by swiping
- View all contacts and customers of your organization, save them in the address book of your phone and tablet.
- Complete insight into the file of all your relations
- Submit travel expenses with automatic distance calculation for travel expenses via Google Maps
- Declarations, for other declarations you can easily enter a photo of the receipt
- Book hours, just update your worked hours on your phone. Search for project by description, code or customer name
- Submitting leave, you also immediately see how many days you have left and which leave you have already planned
- Pay slips and annual statements always at hand
- Report sick and better without having to get out of bed
- View news items and documents and mark them as read or approved.

You may not see all the functionalities of AFAS Pocket, this depends on the design by your application manager.

App permissions are all off by default. For each authorization permission is requested if required for a function of the app.

- A Pocket app user is an employee and (InSite) user in Profit
- Not available for AFAS Personal, AFAS Small Business or AFAS Accountancy Lite

In this brand-new version of Pocket, we’ve added some great new features: applicant mode, course registration, sales forecast, and a renewed time registration module. Another nice one: no more digging through your handbag – your employee badge is now available directly in the app! One tiny detail: your application administrator still has to enable all of this for you. And inevitably, we’ve also introduced some new bugs… our apologies in advance.
