Among those institutions that were ordered to be established in the month of Dhu al-Hijjah 1434 AH / 2013 AD is the Fayd al-Zahraa Foundation (peace be upon him) for orphans and the poor. By the grace of God Almighty, the strategy of the institution was drawn up and restructured by us and opened its doors with the blessing of the presence of the reference, initially in Najaf, where the general headquarters is now located and extended from From the north of our beloved Iraq to its far south, and today it seeks to open its doors outside Iraq in order to be a gateway to giving and development for its sons and daughters and all those who contact it from people of moral and material need.
The number of families sponsored by the Foundation has reached more than (12,000) families, including nearly (60,000) poor and needy families and orphans, although the percentage of orphans is more covered by care due to their special circumstances. The number of its central branches has reached (135) in all governorates of Iraq so far, where the branches are in the provincial centers and offices in the districts and sub-districts affiliated to them. The Foundation provides financial aid as monthly allowances for these families, in addition to in-kind aid such as foodstuffs, household appliances, medical aid, clothing and other things that are fixed in certain seasons such as the holy month of Ramadan and holidays, including what is according to the need presented by the family or an increase in aid from the reference and benefactors . In addition to the lectures that represent the moral care of the beneficiary families to enhance their self-confidence, raise their morale and enable them to overcome the difficulties of living with the loss of a guardian or need and the severity of affliction, with an emphasis on adhering to religion, values, principles, principles, good social norms, and the controls and laws that regulate the country and public life.

In its third year, the Foundation was registered with civil society organizations and its official license was issued on 9/10/2016 AD under the number (111610028) and began to open the field and legal affairs with other departments and institutions.
We ask God, the Blessed and Most High, to grant us success, guidance, and guidance, and not to deprive us of fulfilling the needs of the needy, especially orphans, the poor, and the needy, for they are among the greatest gifts.
And that we be successful in achieving all the goals that I intended through the establishment of this blessed institution, and that our wise reference, the main supporter and sponsor of these activities throughout Iraq, represented by His Eminence the religious reference Sheikh Muhammad Al-Yaqoubi (may his honor last), be preserved and blessed, and all the givers, donors, benefactors, workers and contributors to charitable and charitable works.
