In this post, I am going to show you how to install GoBold: Overcome Fear with CBT on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Is there anything in life that makes you scared or anxious? If there is, and if the thing has made you overly anxious and even made you avoid the situation, now is the time to make an effort to deal with the problems.


GoBold is an app that helps you do Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on yourself to overcome anxiety and fear. Exposure therapy is a technique that helps you expose yourself to what you're afraid of, and compare and analyze your expected consequences with the actual consequences so that you can realize for yourself that it's not really something to be afraid of. GoBold will help you proceed with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in an efficient and systematic manner. GoBold will help you reduce fear and decrease avoidance.


▌ HOW TO USE

1. Before an event with a fearful object occurs, enter objective facts and subjective expectations about what will happen. First, enter objective facts such as when, where, who, what your goal is, and what the opponent's goal is. Second, enter subjective expectations such as what will occur if it goes wrong, what will occur if it goes well, and why you think such a thing will happen. By doing so, you will be able to identify problems with your thinking patterns.

2. After the occurrence of the event, enter what actually happened and why you think it happened. By comparing the real outcome of the event with what was previously expected, you will realize your bad expectations are the ones that make you anxious, and they could be wrong.

3. Try to carry out Cognitive Behavioral Therapies as many as possible on a repetitive basis. It is not easy to escape from anxiety and fear with just one CBT. The more you repeat the same CBT over and over again, the lower the degree of anxiety and fear. To this end, a level system is introduced in which your level increases as you do CBT therapies, and there is a small chart that shows how many times CBT therapies have been performed to date.

4. People with Obsessive-compulsive disorder, OCD, e.g. obsess over the way I need to do something because I feel driven to perform it

5. People with Agoraphobia, e.g. feel feared to go into a public space because of various reasons

6. People with Generalized anxiety disorder, e.g. be excessively worried about everyday issues and situations
