  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. Improvements to bills of lading, tank labeling, backend data processing, and access to the Control Tower help desk are coordinated to allow for the safest possible runs.
