In this post, I am going to show you how to install GlobeARound to Earth - PL on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install GlobeARound to Earth - PL using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "GlobeARound to Earth - PL" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

GlobeARound to Earth is an augmented reality application created to navigate the world of Tecnodidattica using your smartphone and discover interactive and multimedia content related to the geography of our planet.
By focusing your smartphone camera on the globe, you can visualize animals, plants and important geographical places in 3D.
With the touch of a finger you can select and visualize individual elements, rotate and enlarge them, listen to sounds, descriptions, view images and read information sheets.
The application includes:
- 88 3D models of plants and animals
- 10 3D dinosaur models
- 36 3D models of buildings and important geographical places
- 134 descriptive text cards
- 134 audio clips with details and interesting facts
Interactive content is available and can be used not only in augmented reality mode, but also through a simple 3D interface activated by the touch of a finger.
How it's working:
- Download the GlobeAR app via QR code or from the Online Store

In AR mode:
- Focus your smartphone camera on the globe and select the continent you want to learn about
- Select content type (animals, plants, buildings and places)
- Tap to download 3D model
- Content visualization in augmented reality around the world
- Tap on a single item to get visuals and read or listen to details and facts.
In 3D mode:
- Use the 3D interface to select the continent you want to learn about
- Proceed as in AR mode.
All content of the application was originally developed by Tecnodidattica: it contains no advertising or links to other sites.


GlobeARound is part of a series of augmented reality apps dedicated to learning about planet Earth and astronomy in conjunction with various other globes, from Tecnodidattica to Earth, Constellations and Parlamondo.
