Step By Step Guide To Play På sporet ABC (BM) using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. On track app is designed to promote letter knowledge, phonemic awareness, reading and spelling skills. The app is suitable for students who are in the process of learning to read in Swedish.

Tracking app is developed in connection with the research project on the track at the National Centre for Reading Education and Research (Reading Centre) at the University of Stavanger in collaboration with NettOp UIs. On the trail project is funded by the Norwegian Research Council, Directorate of Education and Reading Centre.

The app has voice support. When the student press a letter or a picture, she / he hear letter sounds or the name of the image / object. Pupils should use headphones for best reproduction of sounds and the best possible concentration. The speech is recorded with Rogaland Dialect.

On track app consists of 5 small games:
1. Letter Memory (coupling of upper and lower cases).
2. Find things that begin with a particular letter.
3. Connect letter and bokstavlyd.
4. Writing / spelling words
5. Reading words
 
Games literal memory, write words and read words with tasks divided into three skill levels.
It is recommended that Tracking app used in short sessions of up to 10 minutes, preferably several times a week. You may want to opt out two to three of the games each time and distribute playing time between them.
