MyBNS on Windows Pc

The MyBNS application is developed by the National Trade Union Bloc for smartphones and tablets. The application is available in Romanian, and its content is integrated with the www.bns.ro platform.
The National Trade Union Bloc is a representative trade union confederation at the national level, it represents the interests of over 300,000 trade union members affiliated to BNS member organizations, workers from most sectors of the national economy.
MyBNS is a tool that strengthens the capacity of union organization, facilitates rapid communication between member union structures, respectively union members, ensuring bidirectional and safe communication.

My BNS addresses both the over 300,000 BNS trade union members and those who want to join the trade union movement.

Members will have access to posted information on legislative initiatives, news, articles of interest in various fields of activity and will also be able to react quickly by sending messages or views. The application is fast and flexible, available on the phone, thus ensuring real-time access to the transmitted information and obtaining fast feedback even in telework conditions.

The application is also a library where union activists can quickly access decisions taken at the organization level, legislative projects, studies, analyses, researches, etc.

My BNS provides easier management of the massive flow of information we are connected to. In addition, this method ensures quick communication even when union activists or members are far from their units.

MyBNS has two areas. A public one, in which it provides news and information focused on issues of interest to workers.
The second area is a private one, and access is allowed only to those who are union members or those who join an organization through the application.
Access to the private area is done with prior user registration. Once they have a user and a password, and the account is activated by the administrator, users have virtual access to the community they belong to, thus being directly involved in the life and decisions of the trade union organization they belong to.

In addition, with the help of the application, notifications can be submitted in case of violation of rights or requests for assistance or support in relation to problems that can be solved by the union / federation / NBS. They can also upload documents and receive assistance from the organization's specialists. For such situations, union members can get assistance wherever they are. The application facilitates communication, information and the provision of support services with other public institutions of interest to the labor market (ANOFM, Labor Inspection, CNPP, CNAS, etc.) based on collaboration agreements.

The system allows the storage of personal documents relevant to the professional path (employment contracts, diplomas, etc.).
The application also provides users with "chat" communication channels in working groups dedicated to various topics addressed by the trade union movement at the local, sectoral or national level. Specifically, MyBNS facilitates real-time communication with organizations and members from the grassroots to the top.

MyBNS strengthens the connection between union members and organizations (unions, federations and confederations) by making communication between them more efficient and transparent.
