iCare PATIENT2 is a quick and easy way to manage your intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements. The iCare PATIENT2 app is used to transfer IOP measurements from the iCare HOME2 and HOME tonometers to the iCare cloud-based software. The application allows you to track, analyze and share your IOP results with your eyecare professional. Daily measurements can provide your eyecare professional a better overview of changes in your IOP status.
The iCare HOME2 and HOME tonometers are easy to use in your daily routine. The tonometers use rebound technology, where the rapid and light touch of the measurement probe provides a comfortable measurement without air puff or anesthetics.

Features:
• Transfer the IOP data from your iCare HOME2 or HOME tonometer via Bluetooth or USB cable.
• Store and access your IOP measurement results anywhere, anytime.
• IOP measurement results displayed in a graph to better visualize and detect important changes in your IOP.
• Measurement results are stored using an iCare cloud-based software platform. This platform is either a personal account or through your eyecare provider.
