1. Instant confirmation of customer reservation information from the calling phone number
- When a call comes from a caller registered as a customer of the shop, the customer's reservation information is immediately notified.
2. Identification of the customer's call history in the recent call list
- You can check the customer's record in the call list, and support convenient connection to the customer's chart.

[How to use public service service call]
The method of using public service service call to display customer reservation information is as follows.
1. Install the ‘Gongsecretary’ app and log in to the app.
2. Run the Public Service Service Call app and complete the permission settings.

- Call log: display recent call log

2. Optional access rights
