1. Ta'jil
Ie hasten to break the fast before the Maghrib prayers.

Sahl bin Sa'ad ra that the Prophet of Allah said,

لا يزال الناس بخير ما عجلوا الفطر

And from Anas he said,

يفطر على رطبات قبل أن يصل فإن لم تكن رطبات فعل تمرات فإن لم تكت حسا حسوات من ماء.

Likewise with Qudsi hadith of Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said,

قال الله عز و جل: أحب عبادى إلى أعجلهم فطرا.

2. Breaking the fast with Dates.
From Anas he said,

يفطر على رطبات قبل أن يصل فإن لم تكن رطبات فعل تمرات فإن لم تكت حسا حسوات من ماء.

From Sulaiman bin 'Amir ad-Dhobbiy ra, that the Prophet of Allah said,

إذا إفطر أحدكم فليفطر على تمر لم يجد

that is to say, "If any one of you breaking, then berbukalah with dates. If you do not find, berbukalah with water, because the real water was cleaner. "(HR. Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, Nasa'i, and Ibn Majah)

3. Pray when breaking the fast with prayer that is authentic.
'Abdullah bin' Amr al 'Ash said that the Messenger of Allah said,

"There was, for the fasting, the available time to break the prayer that fulfilled, such as by reading:

اللهم إنى أسألك برحمتك التى وسعت كل شيء أنتغفرلي.

that is to say, "O Allah, I seek forgiveness Thee by Thy grace that includes everything." (HR. Ibn Majah)

Then narrated from Ibn 'Umar said that the Messenger of Allah he has to break the fast when he read:

ذهب الظمأ وابتلت العروق و ثبت الأجر إنشاء الله.

that is to say, "Have gone thirst and to be wet all the veins, and the reward has been fixed, insyaa God." (HR. Abu Dawud and An-Nasa'i)

And if someone who is fasting iftar get from others, then disunnahkan him to pray:

أفطر عندكم الصائمون و أكل طعامكم الأبرار و صلت عليكم الملائكة.

that is to say, "It has been breaking in your place people who are fasting, your food has been consumed by those who fear Him, and the angels have memanjaatkan prayer for you." (HR. Abu Dawud)

4. No exaggeration when breaking.
Rasulullah SAW said,

ما ملأ ابن آدم وعاء شرا من بطن بحسب ابن آدم لقيمات يقمن صلبه فإن كان فاعلا فثلث لطعامه وثلث لشرابه وثلث لنفسه

that is to say, "There is no bad place filled with contents by man, except his stomach, because it is actually enough for him to enforce his back a few mouthfuls. Even if he wants to eat, he should be set by way of a third for his food, a third for his drink, and a third for his breath. "(HR. Ahmad, an-Nasa'i and At-Tirmidhi).
