Bible Society is pleased presented to the Holy Bible, Revised 2016 to fellow Christians.
Holy Bible has been translated since 1923 by a group of envoys from the denomination Lillie Young (C & MA - Christian and Missionary Alliance) and the Christian Gospel Church pastor administered and funded by the British Bible Society (British & Foreign Bible Society).
Completed and translated the Holy Bible was first published by the Bible Society in England in 1954. Then a second stream with a minor version was published by the Bible Society in 1962.
Bible has a major role in the development of the church's gospel and bring blessing to many Christians from the beginning until now. But we do know that each language is always developing. Therefore, church leaders made the request, the Bible Society to prepare revised some laws, published in 1954, so that people easily understand.
In 2010, the Bible Society has authority formally edited by the Bible Society and the Global Association of Britain, which owns the intellectual property of the Holy Bible, 1954. Editing has spent six years by the Commission translation (Maoist Pastor and Pastor Chan), including the Working capital
Bible Society's achievements and was published in 2016.

The Bible Society in Cambodia is pleased to present the Revised Khmer Old Version Bible 2016 to our Christian fellowship.
The Khmer Old Version Bible translation was started in 1923 by missionaries in the C & MA (Christian and Missionary Alliance) and pastors from the Cambodian Evangelical Church under the supervision and support of the British & Foreign Bible Society.
After the translation finished, it was published in 1954 by the British and Foreign Bible Society. Then, a second edition with slight revisions was published in 1962 by the Bible Society.
The Khmer Old Version Bible continues to have a huge role in developing evangelical churches in Cambodia. It has continued to be a blessing on many Christian ever since it was first published until today. But we realized that language changes from generation to generation. For this reason, the Cambodian church leaders proposed to the Bible Society that a team be set up to revise the Khmer Old Version Bible to help this generation understand it.
In 2010, the Bible Society in Cambodia got legal permission from the United Bible Societies and the British & Foreign Bible Society, the intellectual property owners of the Khmer Old Version Bible 1954, to revise it. The revision took five years to complete by the translation committee (Pastor Mao Ann and Pastor Tith Chanthoan) and the Bible Society in Cambodia staff. It was published in 2016.
