In this post, I am going to show you how to install Instadalali - Rent & Buy House on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Our goal is to have a complete list of all properties for rent and buy and reduce realtor's (dalali) fees by connecting customers and landlords directly.

We give you smart tools and resources to help you shop smarter for your next home.

1. 3D virtual tours within the app or using a VR headset by paying a visit to our office or agents.

2. Image search makes searching easy by letting you upload a photo of any building and helps you identify if it is available for rent or sale. Also gives a list of similar listings.

3. To help you make a decision buying or renting a property based on location, all the listings have nearby POI like schools, tourism, highway, and cafes.

4. Filter listings per location, real estate agent, and amenities like electricity, wifi, water, heating system, etc.

5. Sort listings per price, availability date, location, etc.

6. Can send a request for free for our real estate consultants and proprietary algorithm to personally curate a list that fits your need. A notification is sent when your request is processed.

Note: Instadalali is for properties in Tanzania only at this time. We will expand to more places shortly.
