Step By Step Guide To Install Lead Dialog App using BlueStacks

The Messe Dialog app is a practical tool to be able to advise customers flexibly and specifically with the smartphone or tablet even in spontaneous situations and thus to generate sustainable leads.

The application is aimed at consultants from Telekom and T-Systems as well as Telekom partners. With the help of an app-supported checklist, customer discussions are automatically supplemented with the respective consulting context and can be seamlessly integrated into CRM systems.

After the customers have given their consent to data storage, you can use the following functions and services in the application:

• Business card scan: You can automatically record and read out customer data. Alternatively, you can enter or correct the customer data manually.
• Lead recording: It consists of the respective product description and your individual comment.
• Targeted selection of presentation material: Show your customers exactly the content and products that are relevant to them and then make the appropriate selection available on a landing page
• Customer profile: Create a profile quickly and easily, based on predefined questions and answers.
• Digital signature
• Your own information material (function that can be activated): Delight your customers with your own presentations and send them the relevant material directly.
