How to use our Aló Taxi APP?

🚘 Request immediate service or reserve for the time and day you prefer, open the app, it will locate you immediately, enter the destination where you want us to take you and that's it! Get to know and travel around the city whenever you want
🚘 Your trip will be confirmed, you will have the license plate information, make and color of the car, the driver's photo and information, such as the phone number so you can contact him, without problems.
🚘 We will not change your rates, the rate shown before your service is the one paid at the end of the trip.
🚘 Select the payment method before traveling (cash or credit/debit card – VISA).
🚘 An incident button will be displayed on each journey, so you can report any inconvenience and our control team will contact you immediately. You can also use this option to notify your family or friends.
