Our app does not let you forget your contraceptives, nor your regular exams such as cytology, mammography, etc. The best thing is that you can count on a gynecological and psychological office with experts who will help you answer all your questions.

How do I enter my new period?
It's super easy! On the main screen of the lower menu, in the “Today” option, there is a button that says “Add period”, click on it and it will send you to a screen where you can see the months, then you select the day when your period started, and that's it!

How to activate app reminders?
To activate reminders you have to register and enter your information. Once registered, you must go to the bottom menu and on the “Profile” button, click on “Reminders” to activate them. Will be fast!

How to enter signs and symptoms from previous days in Nosotras V-App: Menstrual Calendar?
Enter through the lower menu on the “Calendar” button, indicate the previous date on which you want to enter data and click on “Add symptoms and signs from your body.”

Where can I see my cycle forecasts?
If you enter your Profile through the lower menu and then click “Update” at the top, you will enter a screen called “Updating my profile”, where you will find everything about you and your cycle. There you can see the forecasts for your period and your cycle that you have entered in the last 6 months.
