  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

The Rent Ready Provider Admin App allows Provider Admins to receive and interact with all work orders directly on their phone. Admins will assign scheduled work out to their crews to complete work. Providers service apartment communities that partner with Rent Ready to streamline their entire turn process and include every skill type: painting, cleaning, carpet cleaning, resurfacing and maintenance. As Providers come onto the Rent Ready platform that will be given access to the App and start to receive scheduled work orders directly to their phone to review and assign. They can manage the crews, when crews are available to take jobs, manage how many jobs they can take, see work details, and interact with Rent Ready operations as needed to discuss additional required work in a unit. Beyond the day-to-day work order interaction and management, Providers will also be able to see current and past pay summaries and quality scores for how their quality of work is being assessed by quality management and customers. The app streamlines all work order details for every turn service for apartment communities to provide Providers all the needed information to get the work completed the right way and on time by the crew they select.
