Trident Mindset is a mental health and mental toughness training program created by Navy SEALs, intelligence operatives, and neuroscientists that teaches proven tactics for reducing stress, increasing happiness, and thriving during adversity.

Trident Mindset teaches 12 proven tactics that will help you be calm, effective, and happy no matter what life throws at you: micro-goals, focus, breath control, intentionality, choosing the wrench, stoicism, discipline, meditation, mindfulness, flipping the script, self talk and visualization. Through concise daily lessons, practice exercises, and check-ins, you'll learn to master all 12 tactics.

The program begins with the Mindset 101 Course - a 12-day course that introduces you to 1 of the 12 mindset tactics each day.

Then you'll advance to the 12-month Mindset Mastery Course. Each month teaches you to master 1 of the 12 tactics. Each day of the month includes a 5-minute lesson, practice exercise, and check-in that teaches you something new about that month's tactic. We spend a month on each tactic, so you have time to turn the tactic into a lasting habit before you move on to the next one.

We believe life should be spent being happy. But it can be hard to find happiness amidst all the adversity and challenge we face in life. In our careers, we were fortunate to learn a set of tactics that helped us be calm, effective, and happy no matter what was going on. These tactics proved themselves in the laboratory, on the battlefield, and everywhere in between. Learning these tactics changed our lives profoundly, so we're now dedicating our lives to teaching them to everyone.

Trident Mindset is free to download. After downloading the app, you can access several free lessons. To access the full Trident Mindset program, we offer a recurring monthly subscription that begins with a 2-week free trial.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when the subscription renews each month. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase.
