In this post, I am going to show you how to install NodeMapp Bike on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install NodeMapp Bike using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "NodeMapp Bike" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

CONVENIENT CYCLING ROUTE PLANNER
You can view the cycling nodes on a map and map out a tailor-made cycling tour for each node. It can also be done faster: via the handy Surprise Me function you can choose a specific cycling junction and have the app calculate a route with a distance of your choice. Moreover, you can save all the cycling routes you have drawn up so that you can reuse them later.
IMPORT BIKE ROUTES
You can also plan cycling trips behind your PC via our handy online route planner on vlaanderen-fietsland.be. You can generate a QR code for each route there. You can scan this code using the app, after which the route will be sent to your smartphone.
SUGGESTION ROUTES
You will also find more than 300 suggested routes in the app. These are routes that we compile ourselves or routes that are offered by our partners Tourism Flemish Brabant, Tourism Province of Antwerp, Tourism East Flanders and Visit Limburg.

For the price of 9.99 euros per year you can also take out a subscription in the app. As a subscriber you get access to many extra functions (+):

NAVIGATION MODE (+)
With our handy navigation mode you can follow any cycling route with the GPS function of your smartphone. The app will guide you along the route and will warn you if you deviate from the route. If you follow a route along cycling junctions, a vote will also tell you at each junction what the next junction is.
ROUTEPLANNER PRO (+)
As a subscriber you have access to our Routeplanner Pro on vlaanderen-fietsland.be. There you can plan routes freely, even in places where there are no cycling junctions. On a map you choose where you want to cycle (throughout Europe). You can also import these free routes into the app so that you can follow them in navigation mode.
OFFLINE MAPS (+)
You can download each cycling route at home in advance. You can then follow the route offline, which saves you mobile data during your bike ride.
HEIGHT PROFILES (+)
You can request a height profile for each cycling route so that you can assess the intensity of your cycling trip in advance.
REGISTER WHERE YOU BIKE (+)
For each route between 2 cycling junctions you can indicate whether you have already cycled there. This is visually displayed on the map so that you always have an overview of where you have already cycled. In navigation mode, the app automatically registers which sections of the cycling network you cycle along. This way you can always plan the most beautiful routes along routes where you have never been before.
ATTENTION: you can take out a subscription in the app under 'Subscribe' for 1 year for the price of 9.99 euros. The payment for a subscription is handled with your Google Play Account. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the expiration date of your subscription. You can manage your subscription yourself, and the automatic renewal can also be stopped by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
