The first stage of the competition for filling a vacant civil servant position for any category ("A", "B", "B") involves passing tests.
Test questions are divided into four sections:
I. Constitution of Ukraine (180 questions);
II. Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" (126 questions);
III. Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" (107 issues);
IV. Special legislation (Laws of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine", "On central bodies of executive power", "On administrative services", "On local state administrations", "On appeals by citizens", "On access to public information", "On principles prevention and counteraction of discrimination in Ukraine", "On ensuring equal rights and opportunities of women and men", Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, the Budget Code of Ukraine and the Tax Code of Ukraine) (182 questions).
A total of 595 questions.

This appendix contains an up-to-date list of all test questions with answer options, which was approved by the order of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Issues dated August 30, 2017 No. 178 (as amended by the NADS order dated February 24, 2021 No. 30-21). Also added 3 questions that are not in the list, but they are found in the exam.

Thanks to the application, you can independently take a trial test any number of times to prepare for competitive tests. Test 40 questions are formed randomly from each section and in such a way that they are not repeated from previous tests until all are considered. In addition, the questions in which mistakes were made in the answers are fixed and it is on them that you can additionally take the test again for self-checking.

On the training page, you can turn on the voiceover of the text, which, thanks to speech synthesis, allows you to read aloud the test questions and answers. This makes it possible to listen to and memorize tests, for example, while wearing headphones in public transport on the way to work or simply on a walk or run.

The program works offline, so you do not need an Internet connection to study in the program or take tests.
