Toc Toc Zapopan is a digital tool that the Government of Zapopan implements in order to support the municipality's merchant to facilitate the sale of products and services with home delivery, all this through a mobile application which will be available for IOS systems and Android, thereby mitigating the economic crisis generated by the pandemic and in accordance with the provisions of the Operating Rules of the Contingency Program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (COVID-19).

The application and platform will have a delivery app style format (Rappi, Uber eats, etc.) and will be linked to each other, its purpose is to generate the link between buyer users and commercial premises in a radius of 15 km around, it will allow users; buy the products offered by the shops and receive them at the door of your home in addition to facilitating the option of payment either in cash or by card.

The seller user experience; Provides options to easily load and edit the list of products, images or prices of the items they offer, has a receiver and order organizer, keeps the buyer user informed about the status of the order, provides customer information such as name , address and order specifications, among other useful options for sellers.

The experience for the buyer user; locates open stores within the 15km range, allows us to search for categories or specific businesses, presents the products offered by each store as a catalog, facilitates order generation by selecting the products one by one and generating a final order, follows up Once the order is accepted, in addition to its status at the time, it offers payment alternatives and its specifications, whether they are card or cash payments and finally allows evaluating the status of the order once received.

Both the mobile application (Buyers) and the web platform (Sellers) will be connected to a web server which will facilitate the administration and timely maintenance of both systems to the team in charge of Toc Toc Zapopan.
