In this post, I am going to show you how to install Tiger HRM - HR Management App on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Tiger HRM - HR Management App using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. TigerHRM is a Simple and Free HR Management App for Startup Companies to manage the HR activities of your Employees. Tiger HRM has features like Attendance (Punch in / Punch Out), Leave Management, Payroll (Salary), Expense Management, Event Management including Holidays etc.

Geo Fencing is available for attendance so that Employees can punch in only from office location. Also, multiple locations are allowed if you have branches across different geographical area.

MIS Reporting is another core feature in the app. For example, MIS Reports helps the management and HR department to analyze employees performance such as work hours, leave balances etc.

TigerHRM has following modules:

Employee Management : Create and Manage your organizations Employees. Once an Employee is added, he/she can login with mobile. They can also update their profile up-to-date with emergency contact numbers, blood group, social media profiles, profile picture etc.

Daily Attendance : Easy to use interface to Mark daily attendance (Punch in / Punch out) with geo-fencing. Location, Device id and ip address are also tracked during Punch in and Punch out. This will make sure there is no Proxy attendance can be done. Easy Punch-in and Punch-out features allow employees mark their attendance with a click of a button. They can mark attendance from their office location only.

Leaves : Employees can Apply for leave. This will be send for Manager approval. Manager can see all leaves pending approval and Approve or Reject the leave application. If no leave balance, system will alert the employee and it will lead to LOP.

Leave Entitlements : Manage Leave Entitlements for your company. Management can create various types of leaves used in the company such as Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Earned Leave etc... Then assign leave entitlements for each type of leave to each employee for the year.

Payroll : Automate your organizations Payroll. Features such as Salary Processing, Incentives, Salary advance etc. with Salary Slip Download feature will be available soon.

Multiple Company Locations : Create branches with geo-location. Each employee can be assigned to a location.

Company Holidays and Events - Manage Company's Holidays and Events

Birthday and Work Anniversary Reminders : This is an easy place to manage your employees important dates and never miss to wish them.

Reporting : Admin can see various reports:
1) Employees Work Report : Find out how many hours an employee worked in a month and number of days present, Average work hours etc.

2) Employee Leave Entitlement Balance Report : Check the balances each employee based on leaves taken in each category such as Sick Leave, Earned Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity Leave etc.
