ABOUT THE APPLICATION

The Mobile Brigade application is implemented on the 1C:Enterprise mobile platform and is designed to work in conjunction with the 1C:TOIR Management of repairs and maintenance of KORP equipment system.

The joint use of the Mobile Brigade application and 1C:TOIR CORP increases the efficiency of managing MRO work. The application is convenient for servicing any material assets - equipment, buildings, structures, machinery, engineering infrastructure, housing and communal services facilities.

APPLICATION USERS

• Repair technicians who receive and report repair requests.
• Inspectors performing routine activities to record operating hours, monitored indicators, equipment conditions, as well as recording defects.

Users have access to information in the 1C:TOIR KORP system in order to receive repair tasks, lineman routes (orders for routine activities), the necessary background information, and also promptly reflect the fact of work completion, transfer documents, audio and video files, photos, geocoordinates , scanned barcodes, NFC tags of repair objects created on a mobile device into the 1C: TOIR CORP database.

• Identification of repair objects by barcode, QR code, NFC tag.
• View information about repair objects (technological maps, etc.).
• Creation and attachment of photo, audio and video files to cards of repair objects and documents.
• Determining the location of repair objects by geocoordinates.
• Determining the current location (geopositioning) of employees performing repair work or conducting inspections as part of routine activities.
• Monitoring the presence of personnel on site (via NFC tag, barcode, geolocation). You can select a setting in 1C:TOIR KORP so that the entry of documents (acts of completed work) is available to the user of the mobile application only if he is located near the repair site.
• Inspection of objects according to the list of scheduled activities with the accompanying input of controlled indicators, operating hours, registration of defects and recording of equipment conditions.
• Distribution of requests for repairs among teams and responsible persons.
• Reflection of the fact of work completion.
• Work in offline mode (access to applications and detour routes, information on the repair object, the ability to reflect the fact of work completion, the result of detour along the route, generate documents to record operating indicators).

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

• Color-coding of the list of requests allows you to quickly determine their status (depending on the criticality of the defect, condition, criticality of the equipment or type of repair). For example, repair requests can be marked in different colors depending on their status: “Registered”, “In progress”, “Suspended”, “Completed”, etc.
• Customizable selections in the forms of lists of orders and requests help you quickly navigate through the lists. Employees carrying out requests for repairs or routine activities (for example, inspection, certification, diagnostics) can make selections by date, repair object, organization, department, etc.
• It is possible to “simplify” (customize) the interface, if necessary, by disabling unused details and setting up their auto-fill on a specific device.

The application is designed to work with 1C:TOIR CORP version 3.0.10.1 and higher.
