It works throughout Mexico. Authorities such as the Mayoralty Cuauhtémoc, Mayor Benito Juárez, Mayor Miguel Hidalgo, Mayor Magdalena Contreras, the Water System and Locatel are already answering reports within the app. Soon other mayors, dependencies and municipalities across the country will be added.

In addition to being a useful tool to promote citizen participation, the application is also allowing the creation of a large database on the incidence of failures in public services or anti-civic behavior, in such a way that the information can serve governments and civil society organizations to design action plans aimed at solving failures or designing public policies.
