The Dictionary provides about 1150 words (Ugaritic, English, German, Arabic as well as the pronounciation in Latin and Arabic). A quiz for any number of desired Words (by selection) could be trained. The outcome is stored only on the device and could be reset any time.

Ugaritic texts are from the 14th century BC until the destruction of the city in 1180/1170 BC testified. Thus, Ugaritic was written in one of the oldest known alphabets.

The number of Ugaritic words contained in the texts revealed are about 2867 words, including the names of gods, persons, and the names of places. Without these names, 1,276 words remain. The number of vocabulary common between the Ugarite and the Arabic is about 1000 words, that is, two-thirds of the Ugaritic words discovered identical to the Arabic vocabulary, or very close to it.

The alphabet uses cuneiform symbols (based on Sumerian/Akkadian).
