Hotspot Switch IP does not use access to external servers and does not synchronize with third-party server APIs in any way, for this reason the application does not process or send user data and user traffic. You can always check this statement using special software such as WireShark.
The ip - address is changed through sequential turning off and on of the flight mode. Application does not require root, however if you provide root access for this application you will be able to change IP address without need to change default voice assitant, so IP change will be faster and will require less time. Thanks to it, you can place your device in a place with a good signal, and sit at your computer and always get a new IP address, because you can manage IP changes remotely using a web page. Depending on the mobile operator - it may take additional time to change the IP address. You can use the Delay parameter to change the amount of time your device stays in airplane mode for a successful IP change. This application has an automatic IP change function, which will allow you to automatically change the IP address every period of time. When an IP address is changed, the new IP passes a uniqueness check. You can change this parameter and specify how long a new IP must be unique. It's a suitable solution for those who want to change ip, but dont want to use VPN as some VPN does not provide privacy protection and usually cut your internet connection speed. Your phone will keep working as before while you are away or roaming in another country, and other devices on your network will still be able to access the internet through your phone's new public IP address.
