In a distant valley nestles the village of Isola. This little haven of peace is about to be the scene of an unprecedented adventure.
At the very end of the 19th century, following the arrival of electric light in the capitals, an inventor named Albert decided to offer this technology to his village. He then installed light bulbs in all homes. And, in Isola, there was light.

Some time later, Albert mysteriously disappears and terrible disasters occur. At nightfall, Flying Fires appear and set barns and houses ablaze here and there. Some blame the forces of nature. Others curse genius and its invention.

Faced with danger, Julia, Albert's niece, decides to investigate the origin of these fires and find her uncle.
