The Secretary of Public Security of the State of Aguascalientes, through C5i, aims to establish a technological tool directly connected to the 9-1-1 emergency service, which allows alerting and timely dispatch of law enforcement.

The alerts sent to the 9-1-1 Emergency Service contain the location of the user in a situation of risk, thus providing more information for the care and timely dispatch of the incident. These alerts can also be accompanied by text, image or video, in order to generate situational awareness to the authority in charge of dealing with the emergency.

The application has the following characteristics:
• Alert Button: Send the location of the emergency with a touch.
• Emergency Incident: Allows the creation of an alert with detailed information of the incident (Image, video and text).
• Chat: During the attention and dispatch of the incident, the user and the personnel of the 9-1-1 Emergency Service will be able to establish communication in real time.
