Step By Step Guide To Install Home & Life Fit using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Wearing Home & Life Fit you'll be able to control:
- the number of steps during the day and the heart rate data with the various types of exercise: aerobic, anaerobic, cardio-pulmonary.
- Monitor the quality of sleep through its various stages (deep, light, wakeful), establish and verify the beginning, end, and total sleep hours and check the percentage of achievement of your goals.
- Set your training days and your personal goals (expressed in amount of time or number of repetitions) and check the percentage of achievement of your goals, so that you can gain a more active and healthier lifestyle day after day.
- Use the sedentary reminder: it will remind you when it’s time to do some working-out.
- Schedule the activities to do on a particular day and at a specific time and let the application remind it to you with a special alert.
- Activate the remote camera control to take photos directly from the fitness tracker.
- Modify personal data and goals set, view at a glance the number of goals reached, the distance travelled, the average number of hours of sleep and the profile image.
