Wi-Med™ is suite of novel sensing platforms linked to a secure HIPAA compliant system of software applications designed to monitor and transmit both on-site and remote patient data to medical care providers. The Wi-Med™ Suite consists of three applications: Wi-Med™ Net, Wi-Med™ Home and Wi-Med™ Mobile and sensors for basic vital signs, non-invasive cardiac assessment and pulmonary analysis. In addition, upgraded features include non-invasive hemoglobin and blood glucose tracking. Wi-Med™ provides an encrypted protection regime to maximize security and minimize unauthorized access.

Patient data is uploaded from the FDA cleared patient-worn Wireless Vital Signs Monitor (WVSM™) to the Wi-Med™ Net web application via the Wi-Med™ Mobile app. In addition we add the capability for non-invasive cardiac assessment through impedance cardiography via the revolutionary total body impedance NiCas™, or thoracic impedance via PhysioFlow tools. Finally Wi-Med™ couples a custom low flow side stream capnography system to the patient to track etCO2 and respiratory function. All connected monitoring device(s)are uploaded through the Wi-Med™ Home app. A remote care provider can then log on to the encrypted HIPAA compliant Wi-Med™ Net platform to view all patient data, treatments and historical/trending patient data, set alerts and patient specific alarms and manage patient care remotely.
