FlashNet is the reference application to view and post classified ads.

Flashnet rules:
Each ad inserted on Flashnet is controlled according to the rules below. If an ad does not meet our policies, we inform you by e-mail and will explain how to change your ad.

Title:
The ad title should accurately describe the item or service proposed or sought. The title does not mention the price or contact information, it must not have any link or URL, or any term such as "sale" or "Search".

Description:
The ads must be submitted in French. The ad text should describe as precisely as possible the object or service proposed or sought. The links or URLs and links to other websites is prohibited. The texts of other listings are protected by copyright and can not be copied. The text of the advertisement must not contain any obscene or discriminatory content.

pictures:
Images of the ad must match the proposed article or sought. Corporate logos are not permitted as an image, except in job categories. It is not allowed to use images from other advertisers without their consent. Images with a link / URL, images showing children and recognizable minors or obscene or discriminatory images are not allowed.

An article by ad:
A single article can be proposed or sought by advertisement. The only exceptions are objects with accessories, several identical items, baby clothes and complimentary items.

One ad per item:
It is not possible to insert multiple ads for the same item. It is not allowed to publish the same ad in several sections. On the other hand.

Publicity:
The ads do not offer object or concrete service are considered advertising and are not permitted.

Prohibited items:
The items whose sale is prohibited by Swiss law may not be offered or sought. Announcements regarding weapons, explosives, fireworks, pornography, stocks, medicines and medical equipment, pirated copies and counterfeit or obscene and discriminatory articles are also prohibited.

Animals:
The announcements about the purchase and the sale or use of animals are allowed, subject to compliance with legislation and the corresponding provisions.

jobs:
Only tenders and job application are permitted; In addition, ads for these jobs are prohibited: casting, modeling, escort girls / boys, pyramid schemes or cascade, network sales and unpaid jobs or based solely on sales commission.

Services:
It is only possible to search for services. Ads with offers of services are allowed. In addition, the following services applications are prohibited: massage, escort, clairvoyance, hypnosis, life tips and weight loss, loans and investors, missing persons searches and meeting announcements.

Rental:
Rental listings are only authorized for real estate.

Price:
The price of the item should be realistic. For ads on multiple items (except identical items), the price field should indicate the total price of all items.

Minimum age:
Advertisers on Flashnet must be aged at least 18 years.

Regardless of these rules, Flashnet reserves the right to reject or edit ads under the legislation and quality sought by Flashnet.
