It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Tips :
+ If the Call Recorder is not receiving calls, please restart your device in order to try again. If it does not resume, the machine can not support call recording.
+ Please note that some devices are not compatible or allow no recording.
+ You can select the WAV, 3GPP, MP4 or AMR audio encoding format when MP3 recording is not working properly on some devices.
+ If you "msg_create_file_error" get error, please test, what device with SDK or memory card? Alternatively, please change the destination path of recording to another path by going into other settings and logging path and editing it correctly.
