Whether skiing Einsteigerin, fitness runner, athletic runner or walker, we have for each type and each personal objective for royalty training and motivation plan. Just choose your individual power level and will - or stay - with the motivation plans already in the dark season fit. 12 weeks prior to your personally selected BARMER Women's Run-date, you can select and be fit for your route to the event your desired distance (5 km or 8 km, running or walking). The Women's Run Trainingsapp based on these data your personal workout schedule until the Women's Run. In the built-in calendar you recognize immediately, which days you plan a training session should. With the additional tips on equipment, nutrition and exercises you provide the app a good dose of motivation with which you remain guaranteed on the ball. In addition, the memory function ensures that you will not miss any more training session.
